“I want you to know how much I enjoyed your class this past Sunday! Your ability to convey information and patiently demonstrate your techniques was outstanding. During that brief session, I was able to release the tension in my lumbar area so much that my chronic low-back pain is almost entirely gone & I’ve been practicing every day since then. “Because I was unable to continue my daily walks, I decided to “seek” Tai Chi for exercise and stress relief. I’ve been taking weekly in-person instruction for about four months and I try to practice every morning utilizing the videos provided.
