Back in April, we celebrated World Tai Chi Day at Berkeley Heights Memorial Park. Despite the brisk morning air, we were incredibly moved by the amazing turnout and the wonderful energy of our local community.

So many of you asked when we would be back in the area for another session—and we listened! Whether you're looking to continue the practice you started with us this spring, or you’ve never tried a single movement before, this upcoming library session is the perfect next step.
